Wir haben mit Sharrexpress & Leo sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Erreichbarkeit war jederzeit gegeben& es gab während der gesamten Mietdauer keinerlei Probleme oder Unannehmlichkeiten. Im Vergleich zu anderen Autovermietungen wirkte dies deutlich seriöser& transparenter. Die Fahrzeugübergabe verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, das Auto war zudem sehr sauber& in einem guten Zustand. Insgesamt eine zuverlässige Autovermietung, die wir weiterempfehlen können:)

Auto war zwar nicht das bestellte, jedoch sauber und gut in Schuss, Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, hat bei der Übernahme jede Schramme mit mir dokumentiert und fotografiert. Ausleihen ging wie bestellt OHNE Kreditkarte und die Freigabe des blockierten Betrags war nach ca. 3 Wochen erledigt. Die Rückgabe um 04:30 hat super funktioniert, Wagen am Parkplatz offen abgestellt und bei der Ankunft in Wien war bereits die Bestätigung das alles Bestens sein.

Within less than 10 minutes after arriving at the desk, we were already on our way with the car. The biggest positive point about this rental car company was that they are located directly at the airport, which allowed us to pick up the vehicle quickly, the company parking is front of the departures/arrivals of the airport.<br>However, I did not appreciate the lack of clearness and honest information during the vehicle return process, nor the way the security deposit is handled. The employee simply reassured us that he had initiated the procedure to release the deposit, but the car needs to be washed later in the day and inspected for potential damage. Therefore, we were not able to carry out the inspection together.<br>When I picked up the vehicle, it was already dark, so I was unable to properly check for any existing damage almost impossible to take good pictures because the lack of light. We signed a condition report that had been prepared in advance.<br>Today, the company is charging me 1080 denars without any explanation. Before returning the car, I had informed them that I had already washed the car and I have done my best to bring the car as I received + the full gas tank. However, due to rain during the night, the car was no longer as shiny as it was after we washed. During our trip we took care of the car and it was always packed correctly. So yah I’m a bit disappointed about this experience PS : the car wants more clean when we pick it up that we left it. Because the moment I tried to took few pictures the guy mentioned that the car is a bit dirty because the bad weather, and some of the marks are just dirt and not real problems. So I trust him, and in the end they blocked 1080 denars without any explanation. 😟😖
